Welcome to Kart Kingdom Refueled! (also referred to as "KKR", "kartkingdomrefueled.com", "Refueled Team", "we", "us", "our", "the Services", or "the Site")

Fan Project Disclaimer: Kart Kingdom Refueled is an independent fan-made project. We are not associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with PBS, PBS KIDS, The Corporation for Public Broadcasting, Dubit Limited, or any other organizations. The original Kart Kingdom intellectual property belongs to its respective owners. This project exists as a community tribute and could be subject to takedown by the rights holders at any time. If a takedown occurs, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and make data export available so you can download your account data before the service shuts down.

By accessing Kart Kingdom Refueled, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the site.

Usage Terms

Kart Kingdom Refueled is a free, non-commercial service. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of KKR or its content.

Refueled Accounts

To play or interact with the Services, you must create a Refueled Account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (password, secret question/code) secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

When creating a Refueled Account, you agree that you will not:

• Impersonate other users, brands, companies, or real people
• Provide misleading or inaccurate information
• Use inappropriate usernames or usernames that contain personal information (real names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.)

Username Moderation: When you create a new account, your username will be reviewed by a moderator. Until it is approved, your display name will appear as "New User." If your username contains personal information or inappropriate content, it will be rejected and will remain as "New User" until you request a change.

Account Enforcement

The Refueled Team may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms. Enforcement actions follow a graduated process:

• Warnings for minor or first-time violations
• Temporary suspensions for repeated or moderate violations
• Permanent bans for severe violations (e.g., harassment, cheating, exploitation of security vulnerabilities)

When enforcement action is taken, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a reason. If you believe an action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting us at contact@kartkingdomrefueled.com or through our Discord server. We will review appeals and respond, though we reserve the right to make the final decision.

Comments

"Comments" refers to text, images, videos, and other content posted on the Kart Kingdom Blog or through other comment-enabled features on the site.

When submitting comments, you may not:

• Harass, bully, stalk, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Use language that is racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise hateful or discriminatory
• Post content that is sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or otherwise not suitable for a general audience including children
• Discuss, promote, or facilitate illegal activities
• Post content that exploits people or animals
• Repost copyrighted content (videos, images, etc.) without permission from the original creator
• Post spam, advertisements, chain letters, or other unsolicited promotional material
• Attempt to collect personal information from other users
• Attempt to bypass content moderation
• Post personal information about yourself or others (including photos of faces, full names, home addresses, school names, or phone numbers)

All comments are reviewed by human moderators before being published. We may reject or delete any comment that we determine to be in violation of these rules. Repeated violations may result in account enforcement actions as described above.

Moderation

Kart Kingdom Refueled is moderated entirely by human volunteers on the Refueled Team. This includes username approvals, blog comment reviews, and enforcement actions. We do not use any automated or AI-powered moderation services.

Because moderation depends on volunteers, there may occasionally be delays in username approvals or comment reviews. We maintain a team of multiple active moderators to minimize gaps, and moderation responsibilities are shared so that the site does not depend on any single person. If you experience an unusually long delay, please let us know through our Discord server.

Servers

"Servers" refers to the Kart Kingdom Refueled game servers, website, and any supporting infrastructure.

When using our servers, you agree that you will not:

• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities — if you discover one, please report it to us responsibly
• Use cheating tools, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized programs
• Attempt to access development, staging, or internal servers without authorization
• Use our servers or APIs to power your own services or websites
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or any other activity intended to disrupt the service
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

If we determine that you are misusing our servers, we may suspend your account and/or restrict your access as described in the Account Enforcement section above.

Avatar Reporting Tool

The Avatar Reporting Tool (Item Fixing Page) allows you to report items that may have positioning or display issues, such as skins, heads, eyes, mouths, karts, wheels, and stickers.

When using this tool, please note:

• Not all items can be fixed, particularly if their original assets are missing. We appreciate reports for these cases so we can track them.
• We do our best to position items accurately, but minor offsets of a few units may occur.
• Fixes take time — they are not instant.

Please do not submit duplicate reports for items that have already been reported, or report items that do not need fixing.

Service Availability & Data

Kart Kingdom Refueled is provided "as is." As a fan project run by volunteers, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We do our best to keep the servers running smoothly and your data safe.

Because this is an unlicensed fan project, there is an inherent risk that the service could be shut down due to a legal takedown request from the rights holders. If this happens, we will do our best to provide advance notice and keep the data export feature available so you can download your account data. We recommend periodically downloading a backup of your data from the account management page.

In the event of a service disruption, we will communicate updates through our Discord server. If data loss occurs due to a server issue on our end, we will make reasonable efforts to restore affected data from backups where possible. However, we cannot guarantee complete data recovery in all circumstances.

We strongly recommend using a unique username and password that you do not use on any other website.

Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last Updated" and "Effective" dates at the top of this page
• We will provide at least 7 days' notice before new terms take effect, via an in-game notification
• You will not be penalized for actions taken before updated terms went into effect

Continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the service and request account deletion.

General

Severe violations of these terms — including but not limited to harassment, exploitation of security vulnerabilities, or distribution of harmful content — may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access. For other violations, we will follow the graduated enforcement process described above.
